Educational real estate

Delta Reim develops and owns real estate assets dedicated to education, whether for early childhood, higher education or specialized training.

 

We act as a long-term lessor, either offering existing assets to tenant institutions or seeking out, acquiring, and developing assets specifically designed to meet the needs of an institution or educational group.

 

Projects are designed to meet educational requirements, operational constraints, and long-term ownership objectives.

Delta Reim invests in and develops hotel and serviced apartment assets, mainly in Paris, one of the world’s most visited tourist destinations.

We are involved in projects to create, transform, or reposition assets, aiming to contribute to the renewal and modernization of the offering in high-demand markets.

Operations are structured within a long-term holding strategy, integrating operational and sustainability considerations from the outset.
